Get their attention, once they're following your suggestions upset their equilibrium at the same time as giving the command to SLEEP, support their weight and continue the induction. It may also be done while moving an object closer to them, the moment they lose focus on the object give the command or do an arm pull and give command. It wont work if the person doesn't trust you (unless they're terrified of you). Probably shouldn't have said the last bit.......

i dont get it... does making them jump make them fall sleep? Doesn't that only happen to a certain breed of goat? :S

@ieBrazil Basically just what he does in the video. Put your arm on their neck for approximately 6 seconds, and suddenly cry "SLEEP!". Another great way to do it is to go up to someone and extend your hand as if asking for a handshake, and say something like "Hi". As they are coming towards you, say "Sleep" at just the right time (figure the time out for yourself) and because they automatically assumed that you wanted to shake their hand, they also automatically sleep.

They did this on Mythbusters, and it totally worked.
